this video takes the classical artistic discipline of the self portrait and transforms it into a new medium, the documentary video. the artist appears in all roles as protagonist, director and "auteur" simultaneously. this mirror cabinet of gazes is the context in which the story develops - and conveys a nightmarish and yet realistic psychological portrait of a person under great pressure. the film presents a funny, pathetic, shocking and touchingly honest artistic self portrait in a totally new way.
